Aging in Place

The website NeXT Avenue (AARP) posted an article written by Ralph Mroz (Sept/25/2020) with the title The Disadvantages of Aging in Place. The piece was well thought out and provided an action plan of sorts for (ironically) successful aging in place by pointing out potential problems. I encourage you to read it and employ it as an action plan. The author anticipated many of the pitfalls for you so they can be addressed ahead of time.

It is not about independence, it is about cultivating inter-dependence.

If you want to stay in the home and community you love, be proactive. You planned that vacation to a place you love. Why not employ that same energy and investment in the place you call home?

Aging in place works until it doesn’t…
